So I thought today was going to be a breeze of a commute and an afternoon I could run some errands with relative ease, boy was I wrong, it was a madhouse out there, people were packing restaurants and stores and throwing money around with reckless abandon. Walking out with bags and bags. Reminded me of going the mall back in the 90’s the week before Xmas, back when people actually did that. If there was supposed to be some kind of general strike against spending money, I didn’t see it. I guess they didn’t go to work, but that’s about it.
