JL has no route running skills but man can he catch the ball!!
I think if he learns route running he’s gonna shine.

Both are good kids from good stock. Pulling for them

Mistake for both to go this year

Lane  struggles to get separation, which doesn’t project to improve at the next level. He has a low ceiling but gets high marks for route running.

This 2026 NFL draft was very disappointing for USC.  In most pre-draft mock drafts showed 5-6 USC players.  Only 3 USC players were drafted, 6 were not, but signed as free agents.  Sad sheet.  The NFL people just do not respect USC talent anymore.  It’s all on C.LR and his soft FB program.

Dang, 3 of the 6 un-drafted were good, solid players too.  Fiztgerald, Silver, McRee

I agree with the NFL on this one. I wouldn’t have drafted Anthony Lucas or Luke McRee or Eric Gentry either. Maybe Kamari Ransey. Probably. He’s a good player but I don’t know his measurables.

This is why I am a bit down on USC last few years. The talent just isn’t there. Obv love what Chad and Chad are doing with recruiting now!
