Why is UCLA ranked #1

I haven’t been following baseball until recently and was surprised seeing this the other day. Good pitching? Hitting?

Maybe as of today the polls have a different team at the top.

Because they’re a monster.  I’ve watched only two of their games, but they look LEGIT to me.  Some real talent on that team….  Just calling it as I see it…..  USC just beat UW in the opener and are now 22-1.  We’ll find out how good we really are when we play you in a few weeks.

Hey thanks for the update. Sounds like both the local teams are loaded, and SC at 22-1 obviously must be scary good.

When they play each other that will be a game I’ll go see live no matter what.  🍻

Coach Stank is doing a fantastic job, as some here predicted.  UCLA also has a great coach, and definitely has the more talented team.  USC’s schedule has been somewhat weak up to this point.  Games with Ore, Ore St ucsb and ucla are coming soon, so like I said, we’ll see how good the Trojans really are this season.  Personally, I don’t think we have the horses to win a series against the bruins.  Jmho
