The Cleveland Cavaliers are not a legitimate threat to the NBA championship.

They are a collection of mostly very good to above-average players put together on a team with the chemistry of a work office that can’t wait until it is time to clock out.

The most exciting thing about Game 3 of the Cavs versus the New York Knicks was that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were courtside.

She must really love him to go watch this Cavs team get destroyed by the Knicks at home in what was a slog of a game to get through, with Timothee Chalamet already looking at places to stay in either Oklahoma City or San Antonio for the NBA Finals.

It’s over. It’s done. This core is more vanilla than three-day porridge left in the fridge.

LeBron James is a free agent, and even if your team isn’t as tantalizing as one led by Luka Doncic, give him your best pitch on why he should finish his career where it all started.

Not that a 42-year-old James alone will turn this team into contenders, but at least it’ll be more interesting if they’re playing the Knicks, Boston Celtics, or a rising team like the Charlotte Hornets in the postseason next season.

Kenny Atkinson is worse coach I’ve ever seen. Didn’t change offense one iota. All high screens and iso ball.
no iso plays for athletic bigs Mobley and Allen.  No PNR with them either. Was a big part of offense until team cancer Harden joined the squad. Their 3 point specialist Sam Merrill was 5/21 and Harden was 5/28 (18%) Dean Wade is not a starter and started in all but one playoff game for them and couldn’t buy a basket 3/4 games in a row. I’ve never seen a  team quit before. The Cavs did. Coach won’t survive this. A few stars won’t either

trading oft injured All Star playmaking PG Garland to clips for Harden was worst trade since anyone trading for Anthony Davis or Kevin Durant.

Harden is also worst defender in nba and in 22 point game 1 comeback (on NYs floor) they ran iso on Brunson and Harden and coach wouldn’t get harden onto the bench. You know with a 21 point lead you need offense in last 5 minutes. 🤷‍♂️

on flip side for Knicks their scrub Lamet S (??) shot 11/12.

better team won. Probably.  Better coached team. Unquestionably

myth of LeBron and helping a team win is overstated. At least last 8 years for sure. I wouldn’t pay that bad 3 point shooter, poor defender and cherry picking layup merchant a dime.
