Lady bruins eliminated by TT.  Ow.  Earlier exit than I expected.

and in the shocker of shockers.  Or is it  really?  St freaking marys. Who stunned top seed Oregon state last year before running out of gas.   Followed their upset of #1 in the entire nation ucla by beating the bruins AGAIN.  I mean. Ucla didn’t even get to the Monday game.  Like the gaels just walked them off.  Broke their hearts. Stole the home field advantage by taking the top seed and then walking them off in 10.  Possibly the worst loss in ucla history.  1 overall in the nation then losing to st Marys at home in a sub regional.

USC facing elimination scored 19 against Lamar.  15 playing Texas state a second time. And 14 playing host and #12 atm.  So they picked a good time for their bats to wake up.  Don’t need to worry about running out of arms when you’re scoring 14 15 and 19 runs a game do you?

USC plays atm in a winner take all game tonight on espn at 6 pm.  To move on to the super regional.  Perhaps they’ll have better luck against st Marys.  lol.

In other words the Bruins were swept 🧹LOL

The ladies not a huge surprise being a 8th seed. Yea they can hit but to go with one pitcher all the way I don’t think so.

The Men on the other hand was a major shock and upset considering how good they were throughout the regular season. Losing ace Logan Reddemann didn’t help, but still losing 2 games on your home field in the opening round is the biggest choke job of the century.

Fair. Losing an ace is HUGE.

Roc C getting shut down also hurts.

gasparino tackling the 3rd basemen against Oregon during a rundown was also monumentally dumb. He was suspended game 1.

youre guy Luvu (spelling?) is best clutch hitter out there. Damn he produces when needed.

Bruins had 9 lives this year. The attempt at #10 was yesterday.

Should usc be fortunate enough to beat atm tonight they would like to volunteer to play cal poly at home.  Not sure after that regional it’s a great idea but I’m going on the theory that lightning doesn’t strike twice

They can volunteer all they want.  aTm is the 12-seed.  The winner of the aTm regional plays at North Carolina, the 5-seed.
