ParticipantUCLA should have beat them so hard and they just couldn’t turn it into the score it should have been. Oh well, UCLA won’t make it too far in tourney, another wasted season.

ParticipantUCLA bitch slapped the Trojans like red headed stepchildren in their home arena. Fun game to watch.

ParticipantLove how you celebrate beating us without our two best players. Rice and CBM.
rice only played 6 games this year and led team in scoring at 21 ppg. CBM was close to 19 throughout season.
Elijah Arenas was another overrated 5 star CA player. Apparently. maybe he gets better. Very possible. But Shot way too many 3’s and poorly. 20% something percent. Only 34% on twos. That won’t get it done. anywhere
Muss is taking all the heat. Maybe deserved. Maybe not.
he lost this team but was it really his fault.
Notice he isn’t attacking the players or making excuses like miniature mole rat in 10k suite across town. Funny he’s stopped his whining now that he’s winning games? How typical. -

ParticipantThat is what I was saying g, they couldn’t make it the beat down it should have been, they got up and then let the Trojans hang around. It should have been like 105-40 type score. Like I said another wasted season. Outside of a few games UCLA has played like crap this season. I know being “hot” at the right time can bode well for tournament, but let’s be real, it is another wasted season.

ParticipantLOL Musselman not making excuses. His latest one is putting the blame on the fans turnout, and Galen Center not being any kind of home court advantage.
I sure remember you guys all over this board celebrating when SC won a couple games at the buzzer some years back.

Participantlol why wouldn’t we? You guys are celebrating beating us without our two best players?
As far as Muss complaining about fan support. Thats actually a legit take. Fans get to beat up on the coach and the players why can’t a coach return fire a bit. I’ll take that over whatever the hell midget mole worm acting tough and kicking off his own players when they did nothing wrong.

ParticipantYou don’t suck because of lack of talent. Ausar, Marsh, Cofie, Woods, Arenas, Williams and Brownell are very good players that just don’t seem to mesh well as a team for some reason. You might not have a deep bench but the first 7 are very capable.
They play a lot of one on one basketball, and in the games I’ve seen this season and the effort on defense just isn’t there with guys slow to rotate or fight through picks. They don’t make it very difficult for opposing offense’s. It was no different when you had head case 27 year old Baker either.
Arenas has Kobe like qualities at times, but he hardly ever passes and will always leave his feet. He came out hot in the 2nd half of the Ucla game hitting three 3’s and then kind of disappeared.

ParticipantWatching Michigan MSU yesterday vs “our game” was watching a different sport. They are so much better then our schools
Both USC UCLA and we both look like D2 schools next to them
