State Penn has $30 mil of NIL to play with because they didn’t bring anyone in from HS.  So look for them to drive up the price of players on the market.  Not sure if that means the 30 mil ALSO covers returning players or not.  If not, $30 mil means they can get a top qb for 2-3 and then buy themselves a whole new O and D for a million per position,

Java’s 2 DC, Jim Leonhard and Pete Kwiatowski are very good choices.  These 2 would kill it at USC

Here are my top 3 DC’s. They are presently coaching, but money talks. USC should poach these A+ DC’s.  Any one of  these 5  DC’s would improve USC’s D Mucho. Way better than C. DA Lynn’s D.  Cheers
