Won’t count the older Lynn Swann or Keyshawn/ Johny Morton/ John Jefferson days. Who’s your vote for USC’s best WR since 2000? Best in college, not the pros.

      BMW Mike Williams
      Dwayne Jarrett
      Steve Smith
      Robert Woods
      Marquise Lee
      Keary Colbert (underrated imo)
      Amon Ra
      JuJu
      Nelson Agholar

Who am I missing? My top is BMW followed by the dependable Robert Woods. Lots of great choices. Can’t go wrong really.

eta I’m a bit surprised that NA had a ten-year NFL career. He wasn’t the biggest or the most consistent, but he outlasted most on this list.

Back in 2018, I went back and looked at the number of All-Americans at each position for the past 50 seasons, and USC was Wide Receiver U as well as Safety U.

        Great question

        1. BMW. No question

        2. Bobby Trees. By a nose

        3. JuJu for sustained excellence. Marquise one great season. Jarrett and Smith And Colbert are all timers but only one #1

        4. Drake London. Could say he’s 2/3 actually.

        5. St Brown has been a much better pro then collegian lol.

What a wealth of WRs through the years for you Trojans!

Oregon’s been so historically putrid (“mid” as the kids call it) in that category that likely our best 2 or 3 WRs since 2000 are either on our team currently or have verbaled to Eugene….all below are 5-stars:

      Dakorien Moore

      Evan Stewart

      Gaitlin Bair

      Jalen Lott

      Dakota Guerrant

      Xavier Sabb

LAD – what position would you say Oregon has the most to be proud of historically? We know it’s not the uniforms :). Without following the program, I would say RB. You guys have had some stud collegiate backs over the last 1/4 century. Absolute beasts in college. Not talking about the NFL, talking about absolute studs in college. Where do you feel Oregon has the most to be proud of?

What about Marshaun Tucker and Keenan Howry? Maybe they were before 2000 not sure.

        LOL LA

        Best USC qb since 2000.

LA’s answer:  Mariota, Nix, Moore(sorry LA, those are the only ones I can remember)

You have my permission to ignore all parameters of any other lead posts on this board in the future and I give you retroactive permission to reach beyond the parameters of the current thread.

        You guys are forgetting Herbert.

And any school that can claim Dan Fouts should do so every time. Forget cutoffs

Good question.  And only in context to college football, not NFL.

Least proud of historically for Oregon:

      – Linebackers

      – Wide receivers

Most proud of historically for Oregon:

      – Running backs (I agree with you!)

      – Defensive backs

Maybe quarterbacks…not a lot of big names who went on to do great things in the NFL, but many worked exceptionally well in Oregon’s offense the past 25 years.

Bruddah 909, Very tuff to pick just one.  Maybe top 5?  Yeah, I can do top 5.   But, your list did not have Makai Lemon, Mike Pittman, Pat Turner, Ron Johnson, Damian Williams, Deontay Burnett.  These guys were A+ Wr’s.

      My Top 5.

Marquis Lee, BM Williams, Ju Ju Smith, Drake London, Armon St Brown.

      2nd Top 5.

Makai Lemon, Robert Woods, Nelson Agholar, Pat Turner, Damian Williams.
