      Good detail here.

      Not a good look. Are CA taxpayers gonna have to pay the buyout? Or is Kronke gonna pony up 20 years of rent?

      I believe, from what info I’ve heard over the last year, that the contract gives the Rose Bowl side the right to enforce the agreement by the equitable remedy of Specific Performance, meaning the Rose Bowl side can force ucla to keep to the terms of the agreement by continuing to play their home games in the Rose Bowl.
