As a TSLA shareholder I’m Not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand Tesla EV sales are flattened and China makes a great EV that is currently banned in the US. The minute China is allowed into the US they will dominate Tesla. But it will probably be an all stock deal and not cash which will dilute all of us holding TSLA. Musk didn’t do well with the purchase of Solar City, bad move. Hmmm.

Per CNBC, Musk has discussed with colleagues the possibility of folding the companies together, according to sources. Tesla employees said many expect a transaction to “eventually take place,” and the topic is openly discussed internally, as the two companies have already worked together on shared collaborations.
