Who do you like as a replacement PT?

Or are we back to the board mantra of silliness, “USC has the  Worst coach in America,at any level!!!!!, ANYONE is better than Nepo Kiff, Beeper Sales Sark , Fat Boy Helton , and now Riley! “.  HIRE ANYONE. Silliness.

These people are idiots.  Let me help you.

James Franklin has a terrible record against top 10 teams.

Nebraska hasn’t beaten a ranked team in 20 years.

Iowa and ferentz are 1-10 against top 5 or 10 teams.

steve sarkisian cant beat a top 10 team

Lincoln Riley is 0-5 against the last top 5 teams he’s played.

Want to know why geniuses?  Because too 5 teams are elite.  Top 10 teams are really really good   And when you’re brought in to build a program?  You’re not.

so unless you want to show me someone’s record where they lost as a top 5 team to other top 5 teams?  As a top 10 team to others?  This is a bed wetter idiotic childish comparison

Oregon has the top ranked pass defense in the nation.  The nation.  And USC absolutely shredded it.  With no run game.  The USc d controlled the Oregon passing game pretty well and got a TO.

so the notion the two teams aren’t comparable or competitive is again. Moronic.

I told people it was going to be 42-17. I also told people UsC is a far better team this year and is making progress.    Folks truly are ignorant and immature.    Same people who stubbornly insist Shohei ohtani really isn’t as good as the headlines say.  Yeah right

Trojans I said would go 9-3.  They will.  I said they’d lose road games to ND. Oregon. And that they’d either lose to Illinois or Michigan and probably beat the other.  Both were 50-50 games.

here’s another sign of improvement.  USC won all the games they were supposed to win.  They won all their home games too.  Last year we saw slip ups against Maryland.  Minnesota. To an extent Michigan.  I forget who else they lost to.  ND and two others.  Washington?   Rutgers?   I don’t remember.  Anyway.  None of those happened this year.   No 4th quarter collapses this year.   This team was a good 2nd half team.  Conditioned well.  And beat who they were supposed to beat.  And began winning on the road.  Remember that gripe?

so bed wetters can eat my shorts.  Program is being built.  It’s a lot closer to the top than it is to the bottom. Where it was when they had no defense. And a defense that relied on gimmicks and turnovers.  And when those failed all fell apart.  And relied on a generational talent at Qb who played sandlot football and carried them.  For a year.  This is a much more complete roster.  Staff and foundation going forward.

Fair question. Idk. I have to ponder that. And need to remember Luke Fickell Brian Kelly ISUs Matt Campbell chip at ucla. I get that there are no sure things.

But things are bad right now at USC. Worse than you are seeing apparently. CLR is not a competent coach. It’s very clear to me now.  He is not a good talent evaluator, Program elevator or motivator. Yesterday could have been far worse. We lost 5 games last year we should have won. He lost against Tulane with Caleb Williams. He gave up 60 points to UCLA. He wanted to keep Grinch!!! His after game pressers are a disaster.

USC is irrelevant outside of LA.  ND embarrasses him every year. You see his record against quality opponents. Remember Utah? Hugs may not be better but he’s actually not worse. Incredibly.

as for who?  I want a football coach. An up and comer is fine. Look at DoBoer and his fast ascent. I like Fisch. A lot.
Some coaches may only be winning 8 games a year but have a 4 win roster in a 4 win conference. Make sense? Some guys win 10 games but he has a 12 win roster and conference. My fear with Riley now. He was overvalued.

it’s not my job to know who’s next. I can’t follow all coaches. But I do know CLR is a fraud. He’s a 7 on 7 passing coordinator. Another Run to grass “genius”.

Things are better at UsC than you think. Watch the video I posted.

Riley is a good talent and evaluator and he now has help from one of the better talent accumulators around

you want an up and comer?  Cool   I bet you could have Luke fickell dave aranda and pj fleck   Right now   Wait  don’t want to take them?   Why not?oat 5 games last year he should have won   Didn’t happen this year did it?   Played awfully good teams

you want to blow things up and start all over again  every 3-4 years   You are the very reason   You   Not others   You   You are the reason USC is where it is  having gone through Kiff   Sark Helton   And now Riley   Guarantee that you wanted to blow every one of those guys out. So you got your way and you just need to sit tight like a good little boy and watch this thing play out

I actually don’t want to rebuild every 3/4 years. Im exhausted. But CLR is a fraud.

No that was that ncaa giving us the modern day, very creative death penalty

Kiffen and sark were thrown on a life raft while titanic was sinking. Their “failures” were more the dirty poker game they were forced to play.
