Calling ND games for years, The Kiffen tarmac, “win the right way” comment after being railroaded by ncaa, running onto field yelling at refs against Stanford and the final nail in Coffin being on the board of dozens of companies and hiring his family to get freebies.

Not even close.  Jenn has built a recruiting machine.  Has built great facilities.  She’s been methodical.

usc has great young talent on the field.  They have to mature.

remember. Oregon Ohio state and Texas bet early on and poured money into NIL. Pay for play.  USC was scared and waited.  Felt the ncaa would come down and smack everyone.  By the time they figured out Oregon was right Oregon had 3 years of paid mercenaries on the field. Texas and Ohio state too.  Oregon also went to the roster limit of 100-105 from 85 a year or two early   Played the walk on game paying them NIL

even when Bowden arrived and announced he’d fixed NIL?  He was wrong. Took him 2-3 times and about a year.   So just this last calendar year usc has caught up on the recruiting trail.  Thats why they had a big class.

just this year the $200m facility opened.  Doesn’t happen over night. Looks good.

I’ll share my concerns about Riley later.  They are real.   But Jenn isn’t ruining  anything.   They have a really professional organization and it’s all been built in the last 2-3 years. IMO

I think it shows helton wasn’t the problem.  They had recruiting issues to fix.  NIL to fix.  Facilities to fix.  Do I think Helton was great?  Nah.  He won a rose bowl.  Cool.  He was honest and kept them off probation and out of the papers.  But the program clearly had issues beyond him
