Board’s a little slow not even  a “Sam Darnold is dreamy post” these days. I’m not trying to be Rick Steves or Trip Advisor but I gotta tell you, I love California. We have it all.

I have hit England, France, Spain, Portugal,  Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Gibraltar, and a day trip from Spain to Tangier. I might skip Italy, Greece and Turkey and just come home. Guys, California is a fantastic place to live. We live in a beautiful state that wants for nothing.

About splitting the G, it’s a game we play in Europe with a nice well poured glass of Guinness. So the other night my wife said she felt tired and wanted to turn in early. I got that old Red Onion adrenaline and told her I was gonna hit a few bars and grab a bite. Be back in an hour or so I says. In my head I was like, “ London hide them shawties, like  Jack the Ripper, BB is loose in London”. Except I’m more like Jack the Tripper as I recover from a sciatica injury. Anyway, as I’m rizzing  up this baddie at a bar with the same charm and captivating appeal you are privy to on this board, the music changed. This Indian song came on and the entire vibe in the bar changed. The place went absolutely nuts. White people started dancing and doing the hand gestures thingy you see in Bollywood videos. I was like WTF? As I scanned the room and started noticing the Indian chicks, I thought daamn, these chicks are gorgeous! Guys they are not sending their best. Maybe I don’t hang in the right places in California but I have never seen a hot Indian chick here. Unbelievable. I threw back too many beers, had some late night Indian food and stumbled back to the flat about 3:00 am. I got some shet and then the quiet treatment for  day but it was soooooo worth it. About the  Indian food, oh man so good. Did you know chicken tiki masala was invented in the UK? The garlic nan? Out of this world. And the awesome Murgh Makhani, butter chicken for you uncultured swine that don’t travel and consider chicken tenders at Raising Canes a dining experience l

Dang Bruddah Balls what a great European vacation you guys are on. Dat’s a lot of countries you’ve visited.

How long (weeks) is your vacation?  Must be eating good food?  What countries are your favorite?  What are the sentiments with the Europeans knowing dat you’re American?  Asking dis ? because of President Trump bad feelings/relations with NATO (Europe) recently.  Oh, please share pics

No, we (California) have beautiful Indian chicks. Around, 1978-79 went to party thrown by a tennis friend.  There were about 60 people maybe a little more.  My wife and I met a small group of Indian people (8 or so), ages 19 to 25.  This group had about 6 girls and there were all gorgeous, fair skin, straight nose, all were tennis players too.  They were in college, studying either medical or engineering degrees (smart people).

Have a great time in Europe and be safe…  Cheers

Nice Paella in Barcelona, I’m having problems posting more than one pic at a time. But yeah the tapas culture in Spain is hard to beat. France has a well known gastronomy as well. I’m like a goat I can eat anything that won’t eat me first. Eating and sex are there any bigger joys in life?

Great stuff, BB!!  Glad you are enjoying your extended vaca!  Keep posting pics!

Yum, paella!!  Me and the GF are headed to Barcelona in September.  I made it sync perfectly with the Portland State-Oregon game (no need to watch that stinker live), and was gonna be home just in time for the USC-Oregon game….but wait, good buddy’s daughter just announced her wedding the USC weekend, so will detour from Europe to Iowa of all places watching from afar….happy for her, but so bummed for me….

On second thought, maybe it’s good I will be away when my quacks lose to your Trojans at the Coliseum?  Iowa’s pretty flat, no bridges to jump from and commit a little despondent hari-kari…. 😉

I have some Barcelona suggestions  for you LAD. I have tried posting dining suggestions and pictures three different times and the post won’t stick. I will try again as your  trip in September draws close. A gastronomically rich  city. Finding great food will be easy.

If you get a chance, sip on a Guinness Special Export or Foreign Extra stout, don’t really see those too much out here, but they are really good.  You can find them at a bottle shop or sometimes BevMo or total wine, but they are typically overlooked.  Perfect for a bit of people watching and light conversation at a pub.

I just spent 36 skincrawling hours back in the peoples shithole republic of CA and I couldn’t leave fast enough. It’s a never ending combination of a raiders tailgate, the wuhan wetmarket and mumbai. After 50 years living there and 4 years away, I can honestly say that life is 1000 times better out of California.  I like nost of you holmoes. ESCAPE!!!!

Dude, a few months ago you posted that you move out of your house every  winter and escape to Hawaii. You know who doesn’t have to do that? Those of us on the California coast. Year round great weather, ocean, sun without Hawaii’s humidity and ever increasing homeless panhandlers.

        Suk it !

Come on Fraud I take offense you slamming California.  OK, you live in Idaho now, sure it’s nice in late Spring to early December, but heck your Winter’s are sheet.  Even, you and wife leave for 2 months for warm Hawaii.  As you know, our wonderful Calif. weather is good all year, 365 days of sunshine, beaches, and outdoor activities (tennis, surfing, volleyball, hiking, picnics, BBQ)

California has a lot bad stuff: politics, high cost of living, traffic, homelessness, crime, mucho people.  Good stuff:  Weather, Top Best Medical care (doctors and hospitals), entertainment, sport teams, great colleges, all kines of ethnic foods, great wines, great tennis, top HS FB teams, etc.

When people move to secluded areas and get sick with a bad illness, you do not have top hospitals and doctors.  You must travel to the bigger cities for treatments; and dat’s a huge negative.  Glad you like living in Idaho but it’s not nice to slam Calif; many of WW board members live here…  Cheers

        Suk it !
