Moore throws very few downfield passes

one thing I’ve noticed in other games that I’ve watched him play is that Oregon almost throws exclusively very safe very conservative a lot of crossing patterns so that third and nine play was going to be fairly low percentage for them, and indeed was

Good, three and out by the defense, the tone of which was set by the stop on the first Down run for 1 yard

as I said, Riley will have to create a running game and so he called an option. Play to Jordan for 7 yards exceeding their run total for the day and the previous 11

 

dixon Wyatt is going to be very tired tomorrow morning.  with no Mosley and with Anderson just collecting a check and not playing and with no running game, the only playmaker they seem to have at this point is  Wyatt

Riley is a genius at creating a mismatches. He got Wyatt lined up on a linebacker and Maiava just needed to make a nice throw and hit the guy in stride and Wyatt just needed to catch it. that play was all Lincoln Riley

I think they are moving Wyatt around because I don’t think normally he’s a slot guy  I think Mosley is    I can’t tell on TV, but it looks like they either brought him in motion or lined him up in the HVAC slot either way it was very clear that they wanted to see who was going to cover him and when I found out it was a linebacker that was a play. They set up for that part of the field.
