I find everything about this controversy stupid.  Dang, all college players with their NIL deal have become Pro’s.  Absolutely no difference if players attempted to go Pro and want to return to college ball.  College sports are really a minor league for Pro sports.   Invalid point by the SEC.

Bruddah Java,

1.  I’m defining college players that accept NIL money a Pro.  If people have college eligibility left, I do not see anything legally that can hold them from going back to college, get their degree and play FB or any sport.  When the NIL came out and schools accepted it, they dug themselves into a hole.  The NIL has created a lot of shady rules for the NCAA.

I’m betting the SEC with its lawyers will shut up and LSU will keep its status quo.  If the SEC is stupid enough to LSU to court or kick them out, LSU will sue them.  And, the SEC will lose big time.

2.  Come on now, players can not go back to HS, they have already graduated with a diploma…  Cheers
