Lord knows what some of these people do to get money after I foreclose on them. Of course none of them ever have my money at the first contact. Then I file the foreclosure and they realize I’m not fawking around like their previous lender. Their kids died, their husband left them, their dog got cancer, blah blah blah. This lady in Mesa Az literally started crying and telling me her husband left her for another woman and she just couldn’t pay. “You’re not really going to take my house are you?” Sorry ma’am you have a really nice house here and you haven’t made a payment in 12 years. Yes, I’m going to foreclose on your house, evict you and sell it. She paid. Who knows what church, employer, friend , relative , little league team she embezzled from but she paid. Or maybe she sold that a$$. Don’t care.
Love the smell of a foreclosure notice in the morning.
