Hes a douchebag who is loud because he’s insecure. He still is trying to prove himself and is a look at me guy.

He knows USC laid the wood and that’s the role his teams usually have. Thug. So they won. Covers up his ineptitude. Bad call changed the game. That’s on Riley for making it close. Have to win at home. But Lanning knows the gap is closing and he’s fighting for recruiting territory he’s already lost

And what’s with all the whining from Duck fans on the board. Ok one Duck guy, that Saw guy that acted like a baby.

Man, fuck your feelings. Don’t post, no one gives two squirts of piss.

Even when they win they whine.

As he acts like the morality police because he was too stupid to teach his Star QB to slide early…

Oregon is frustrated because they’ve hit their ceiling.

Their big accomplishment was look at me look at me uniforms.  Look at me look at me, we bought players.  Look at me look at me we beat USC.  Look at me look at me we beat UW.  OK.   Let’s look and see what it’s gotten them.

4 Rose Bowl Wins in their history.  1 of them 100 years ago actually before USC got their first.

        1 Heisman.  2014

        0 National Championships

That’s it.  I mean.  All this money.  All that bragging.  All that talk.  All those recruits they bought.  And that’s it.  So I get it.  Oregon is frustrated.  They are still trying to be relevant and there is a sense that they have done all they can and what they have to show for it is great rankings, failures in big games, 1 Heisman and 0 NC.

I mean, what’s next?  Can they spend $100 million on a roster?  Put a hooker in every locker?  I mean, with an arrest a year from the program and coaching staff (still got the drunk coach coaching with his DUI)  maybe they could put a dead hooker in each locker.  Dunno.

So if I am Oregon, I am frustrated too.  Because I feel like with the failure of their program the last 30 years, someone is gonna catch and pass them when they aren’t the flavor of the month anymore

He is.  He also walked into a 3-4 NIL head start.  And then USC screwed up NIL the first couple years of Jen and Riley.  They seem to have it together but the experience and depth Oregon has gives them a decided edge,

USC does not have a $2mil backup QB with starting experience.   Not yet at least

        Color this:  Fun with letters.

Yo, TEE – do you remember the days when USC wasn’t “Excuses U”?  When all that mattered according to Trojan fans were Ws and Ls?  With no excuses.

Been a long time since those days…well over 20 years by my count.

        Remember, you can’t spell “excuses” without a U, S, and C.  🙂

I remember Oregon winning maybe three games a year during my time there in the ’70’s.  They lost to San Jose State 5-3 one year in Autzen.  They had no money to recruit.  None.

So, for old Ducks like me it’s been a great ride the past 30 years.  A great ride.  And it is beyond amusing to see SC honks taking shots at the Ducks after decades and decades of having all of the advantages re football.

I first attended Oregon in the fall of ’74.  Joined a fraternity and noticed so many bro’s wearing waffle trainers with a swoosh on the side.  As were so many other students too.  Some company started in Eugene by the name of Nike.   Had never heard of them.
