ParticipantFor me, it isn’t the defense not being that good, certainly not consistent. For me, it’s Waymo. I really thought he was going to be great this year. Last year to me he looked special before the injury. He had the vision and patience to make the right reads consistently. This year he hasn’t been bad, he’s just not at that same level he was last year. He’s shown flashes but also looked mediocre for stretches. He may lose his RB2 status if Wormley keeps making plays. I never would have thought that was a possibility heading into the season, and figured he would take his RB1 job back right away. Glad to see that King has continued to improve. He seems like the guy you want in there when you just need a couple of yards as well as an every down back. Improved in the blocking department, good to see. I liked the two RB sets against Rutgers, thought it gave them some really nice options and made the defense pause a little. Lots to go, maybe it’s lingering effects or doubts after the injury?

KeymasterThat’s a good pick. Seeing him on the bench while miller and wormley got the carries surprised me in the second half greatly

ParticipantBiggest surprise is the immediate impact of the WR group. Mosley, Dixon Wyatt, Tron and throw in Bowman. Those dudes rarely drop anything. Yeah, Waymo has flashed here and there but inconsistent. King Miller is quite the evaluation story. What a find. Defense is not good. We really needed a LB and a S in the portal.

ParticipantMy biggest surprise is that you morons thought that a retread, out of football for 2 years, burned out loser like Patterson could fix the defense in the soft as a marshmallow Riley culture. They don’t EVER tackle in practice, why would they tackle in a game. 100 guys dancing around and running into pillows does not translate into the game of football. EVERY Riley team has been this way. Why would a burnout with as many losing seasons as winning seasons change that?

ParticipantYeah man. It’s hard to watch this team on Saturday and say they are doing things right during the week. It’s actually impossible
