Alifeleti Tuihalamaka, 4* DL, 6-5, 265 lbs, Oaks Christians HS, Ventura just committed to USC today.  He is listed by Rivals as #19 DL-N, #15 P-Calif.  Kinda strange, he had set up O visits to Oregon, Texas AM, Cal & Notre Dame, but not USC.  With USC no visit rule, dat means he must cancel his setup O visits to these schools.  Although, he has visited USC several times.  It was predicted he was leaning to USC, but his sudden, timed commitment is a bit surprising.

USC is at 13 players and must get 5 more = 18 players.  The top remaining targets = 5* DL, Marcus Fakatou, 4* DB Gavin Williams, 4* OL, Isaiah Bertola, 3* OL Reis Russell, 3* LB Dylan Wafle or 4* LB Toa Satele and maybe a QB…  Cheers

PS.  Heck, between UCLA and USC our local, top FB players are staying home.  Both teams have put up a Big Fence in SS CIF, just like in the 60’s, 70’s % 80’s.  It was such a great rivalry, our teams were always ranked in the Top 6 annually.  Looks like it’s headed that way again.  I think we’re gonna make the B1G (+Ohio St, Oregon, Indiana, Michigan, Penn St) mo powerful vs the SEC…

Another very good DL to SC. To tell you the truth they are getting so much talent I’ve lost track of all the players coming in.

You’re right the top local players would stay at home back in the day. McNeil brothers with Rod at SC and Fred at UCLA. Marcus Allen, Freeman McNeil, Blair pair and on and on. I could name dozens more.

Have no idea how good this kid is (never seen him play, don’t have time to watch tape these days). I did see his older brother was about the same size, as well as a similar national ranking out of HS. Bro went to ND, and if I’m reading his bio correctly, played in every single game for 4 straight years. Started a handful of games each year,,, decent stats too…. Just on durability alone,,, wow

Butkus, I watched a video of Tolo Junior Season on WeAreSC and he wore No. 59, LOL!  The No. 44 version of him is better.
