Stock markets jumps on the news. Things are fawked guys. Unless you invest. If you are poor it’s gonna get a lot worse for you.

Here is my morning commentary for the mortgage newsletter I write for:

“ Bond pricing and Treasury yields are holding relatively steady but remain weaker following this week’s inflation data. CP rose 0.4% month over month, in line with expectations, while the annual rate held at 3.4%, unchanged from July.

Gasoline prices, a key concern amid the Iran conflict, increased 27% year over year. Following the release, the 10-year Treasury yield reached a new 52-week high near 4.99% before retreating to current levels. With the Fed’s next meeting roughly five days away, markets are increasingly focused on the potential for a rate hike following stronger employment and inflation data. Next week’s retail and housing data will be key market drivers”

“It’s a beautiful economy, the best in history, Right after the midterms you will see the most beautiful drop in prices, some people say the biggest drop in history, just a beautiful drop. And everyone will get $5000.00. Pinky swear. And it’s not socialism to give everyone $5000 for doing nothing. Nope, not socialism at all”

Ladyboy “prices are dropping everywhere except in California, I swear. And gimmedat $5k for my new tits”
