Well, Mayor Frey and Walz are raving assholes. At the same time they say be peaceful (ass covering), they are ramping up antagonisms. Walz, “We’ve never before been at war with the Federal government.”, “I may have to call out the Nat Gard to oppose the Fed presence.”; Follow the Feds around (so they’ll be distracted when someone attacks them with a shovel (or worse)).
Frey: we always cooperate with all authorities when it comes to criminals (but he won’t turn over incarcerated felons to ICE, making street arrests more dicey for all concerned). Describing murderers, rapists, and pedos as “our neighbors” and describing rioters as “defending our neighbors”.
And then arrests are called kidnapping, and the Fed presence as an “occupation”, encouraging violence. They never explain why Minneapolis PD and State troopers are attacked and have to flee. Why police were ordered to leave when rioters were sacking a hotel.
Questions:
1) Do the Feds get to enforce federal law?
2) Should protestors get to decide which federal laws get to be enforced?
3) Do you want rapists, murderers, and pedos living in your neighborhood & do you consider them to be neighbors?
4) Should the Feds only go after felons who are US citizens?
