      The best part is that all those “citizens” in favor won’t see a dime, while their representatives in government continue to grift all that money.  Just keep the poor daydreaming about what they will do with their newfound wealth, like the Lottery.  “Imagine what a buck will do”.  “It’s for the schools”.  “It COULD be you”.
