Slight difference here – a little thing called evidence. You know, proof.

Still waiting for photo or video evidence on the reflecting pool. I can accuse anybody of anything, but without proof it’s all bs. Plus, nobody actually drove multiple SUV’s over the WW2 memorials during the construction process, so there’s that. Right now you are comparing apples to oranges – one with clear evidence and another without. At least at this point.

If he did it and there’s actual evidence, prosecute him. But when Pirro actually declines then that’s saying something. We shall see if something concrete and real (besides words) comes out.

        OJ walked.

you folks still think Trump sexually assaulted that woman in a dressing room and colluded with Russia

Spare me with the legal process working 100% of the time

Ps Did Trump write 8647 in giant letters on the reflection pool grass lawn as well?  You think DJT was looking for publicity? 🤦‍♂️

Again, where’s the alleged proof? Commander in chief said there was loads of evidence but noting has been presented. At least in the OJ trial they presented evidence for people to judge. Nothing has been presented in the pool case. Surely you see the difference between a trial that ended unjustly but where evidence was presented, vs. accusations with zero evidence presented. At least, I hope you do but it doesn’t look like it. This isn’t about the legal process working 100% of the time; this is about presenting a case. We can’t even judge if nothing is presented.

“Going back as early as June, the president has insisted that the damage to the Reflecting Pool — which he ordered resurfaced so the bottom would be “American flag blue” — was purposely destroyed by criminal vandals.

“I can’t help it if somebody goes in with a knife and starts hacking it up. And we also have pictures of it,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on June 22. But asked if the president could share the photos, he demurred.

“No, at the right time you’ll see it. You’ll see it in court. You’ll see it in court. But all you have to do is call the Parks Department, call the Department of Interior,” Trump said at the time. But that evidence has not been released publicly.

If they have pictures of it, should be an easy case. Right? Present the evidence or stfu.

        Backtrack:

“There was substantial other damage to the Reflecting Pool, also but, unfortunately, there is no video or proof, other than the damage, itself,” Trump wrote on social media on Sunday.

Is this proof that people were interested in ruining the efforts to fix the algae pool?

        it is to me.

No way it failed on its own that early.  I have a fountain in the front yard that was leaking, and had a party coming up so I went and got a bucket of flex seal for like 80 bucks and basically just painted it on with a cheap brush, that lasted over a year before it started to fail, and I didn’t even prep the job at all, just put it on right over whatever the hell was in it’s way.  Flex seal is dog shit, was only wanting it to seal for like a week until I could get a fountain guy to come do it right and not have water all over the front entryway.  So no way in hell it failed on its own that soon.
