Yes! I can’t tell you what year it was; it was over a third of a century ago, but you can’t tell me where you were on whatever day that was. Oh, by the way, neither can she, since she doesn’t even know the year it supposedly took place. Also, they amended the statute of limitations, ignoring why we have such a limit. BUT, the law stated that the limitation would go back into effect once EGC was through suing Trump. Either this limitation is valid or it isn’t; it can’t be valid for everyone but Trump. This is close to a bill of attainder, which is a violation of the US Constitution. Has any woman, other than EGC, ever claimed to have been raped in a changing room? Would you think you could get away with that? She might as well claim that Trump raped her in the courtroom. Trump wasn’t found guilty of rape, but she collected $$$. So, the legal precedent is: You can claim to be raped by somebody with means, and you will collect big time in the absence of evidence or corroboration, as long as Leftists don’t like the accused.
