What’s changed in the USC game imo

For some reason USc used a lot of first downs to go deep.  Low percentage throws.  And killed a few drives.

walker lyons drops a pass that kills a drive

Bad snap kills a drive

penalties.

I don’t really blame Maiava for the int. That was a punt

 

bad coverage on a return.

usc offense has traded yards with Oregon but ion has lit the game on the fringes.  The punt return. The penalties.  And Oregon has outscored USC 28-7 to end this half.

usc actually had the ball twice with. Chance to take leads    Games are won on the fringes often

And another special teams mistake.

so.  USC gives. Up a punt return td.

Stops Oregon on a missed fg and penalized.  Td

 

then misses a fg themselves.

17 points on special teams.

and it’s a 14 point game

And Oregon continues to attack UsC back up safeties.
