Don’t get on the hype train just yet.

he was under 50% on passes through 3 quarters. He

Had lowest completion percentage amongst starting QBs. After watching game I believe it.

yes he made one of the best throws of the season on 4th down.  A foot off and it’s a game ending INT. Fate favors the bold!! that pass or Sam’s completion to Kupp on the sideline to help beat the Rams in OT and secure #1 overall seed was incredible too. Those are two best IMO. I can’t watch every throw of every game lol.

but CW misses alot. Like a lot. He loves the backyard scramble throw it all over the field stuff. It’s what he does.
but he misses open dudes a lot too. Like more than anyone I’ve seen in a long time. That INT down sideline was horrible. Like how do you miss an open dude by 10 yards.

you don’t see it. That’s fine. It’s the hard truth. He needs to improve alot. Arm strength and having quicks are important. So is accuracy. In fact. It’s the most important. Football has gotten away from that and it’s hurting the product. Dudes can throw down the field anymore. All RPO and 10 yards and in stuff. It’s boring.

Why do u dislike Caleb PT? Maybe you have explained it but I don’t recall. Caleb is an elite special talent and a clutch player. Sam is clutch too but not nearly as good as Caleb.

Caleb paints his nails.  And I love TRUTH and not fake NARRATIVES. People have said CW is best prospect since Elway. It’s just not true.

and no I haven’t been convinced CW is better then Sam. And I’m even more confident now than I was when CW was at SC. And yes I said it THEN. Many times. I was probably only one and yes it was before Sam made two pro bowls.

For the record, I cheered on CW last night. And suffered through the 15/31 and two INTs just like everyone before the 4th quarter magic

Caleb has the “intangibles”. He’s a leader. A winner. A fighter. He has an edge to him. A little bit crazy. Sam has none of that. Bugs has nine of that. Very few QBs have ever won anything without the intangibles.

Pasadena it’s getting old with you negativism with Caleb.  I and many others are big time fans of Caleb Williams and every time you post and put him down gets us fed up with your rant.  What you are missing is he is a leader, very competitive (wants to win) very good field general, has Mojo & Moxie and most of all Super Athletic.  In his 2nd year he has put the under talented Chicago Bears into the playoffs.  His QB stats are among the top 8 in NFL.

So you keep slamming him about his painted nails, so what.  Young people are pretty much weird.  Please, stop putting him down for his QB skills.  His 2025 stats and team record proves he is a top QB and discredit your negativism.  Please stop trying to convince us he’s no good, cause you’re losing credibility and a lot friends ova here.

Hate to get on your case, but I’ve had enough of your Caleb Williams negative views.  Like I said, you are pissing off a lot of USC fans who think highly of Caleb Williams.  You talk about special players all da time, I think and feel Caleb is a Mucho Grande, Super Special QB and FB player!!  Peace & Aloha.   Cheers.

Damn. When Butkus gets on someone you know it’s because of a stupid take. Butkus is as classy as they come. Butkus, PT is a stupid man. And I hate to use those words about anyone , I really do, but PT is seriously lacking of even a semblance of critical thinking. I can’t believe he was educated at tge same school as me.  A rock has more brainpower than PT. Anyone that  agrees with PT about anything, including politics should really think about their stance. It is almost certainly wrong.

in fact. Besides being the biggest Hillary Biden Kamala fan In anti Trumper in the world what have you been right on on this board??? And no I’m not talking your Tesla stock picks. I’m talking USC football.

And as far as politics you got called out two days ago for being the liberal hack you are. By someone very low key on political board. And you know who/what I’m talking about. And you haven’t been back since. Because you have no bullets to shoot.

Bruddah Ballss, yeah my post to Bruddah Pasadena was bad judgement, it goes against my Christian values.  But, I have dat Hawaiian Moke in me too.  Sometimes da Moke side gets the better of me.  I must apologize to Pasadena, shoot the WW board is a free board to post opinions, we all must accept dat.

Dang, Caleb is a Trojan great, Heisman winner.  He is one of my all time favorite players.  He brought so much joy when he played here and the things he did were just unreal and amazing.  It kills me, when a fellow Trojan slams a USC player, it gets under my skin.  Yeah, every week Pasadena keeps slamming Caleb and I talked to him about dat 3 months ago, to stop slamming Caleb.  But, Pasadena kept it up until I just blew it dis morning.

I think, if I see a post like dat, I should just not read it.  I think dat’s what I will do from now on…  Peace & Aloha.  Cheers

So him having lowest completion percentage amongst NFL starters is off limits? Tell me why?

so him being below 50% for 3 quarters is also off limits? Again tell me why?

him throwing two picks is off limits? Tell me why?

and painting his nails is lame. Can’t change my mind on it. How many other starting QBs do it? And why does he do it? I have a theory. He also wrote FU to his opponents. Again fing lame.

I am honestly happy he won. And cheered him on all night. You can ask my wife.

I argue the truth. You should appreciate that. Not be offended. “Sam’s a bust” wasn’t the truth even tho Wild West wankers said it was as did most media. Me Colin cowherd Dan Orlosky and multiple NFL GMs were only supporters. For years!  Some folks are butthurt because I was right. Sam’s success is far more rewarding but rubbing haters face in it doesn’t suck.

Bruddah Pasadena, Eh sorry about attacking you and your post dis morning.  I’ve settled down and realize dat was wrong.  You’re a good guy and a valuable poster at WW.  You have a ton of knowledge with all kinds of sports.  I like reading your stuff.  Hope you accept my apology and we can still be friends; I would like dat very much.  Spock (see) you later and keep posting stuff…  Peace & Aloha.  Cheers

All good man. No clarification needed. Appreciate your contributions and perspective. That being said I prob am a bit too critical of CW. It’s fair feedback.

Bottom line I have doubts about him. And have mentioned them for a few years now and truthfully it’s 50-50 football/painting nails. I shouldn’t celebrate his mistakes and shortcomings just cause I sort of predicted them. Not a great thing to do in some ways.

Because he paints his nails sounds like an emotional response PT. You might love the truth but I don’t think you recognize the truth when it’s right in front of you.

“he was under 50% on passes through 3 quarters.”

News for you, a football game has 4  quarters.
