KeymasterI think New England has punted 8-9 times. Seattle like 5. Seattle has 4 FG.
So yeah. This is the battle of the soccer players here. This is absolutely what 300 million people or whatever tuned in for.
super exciting to watch 3 quarters of a game where one team hasn’t had a first down since the first quarter. And neither team has a touchdown in 45 minutes.
has either team even been inside the red zone?

DaystalkerParticipantDid you and Balls like that bunny guy at halftime? That’s how the US can be you know, just all of us picking corn and climbing telephone poles in straw hats without protective gear, and booty dancing each other. Utopia.

KeymasterI’m not sure if you were allowed to pick an entire unit to be the MVP. But if you are, I think it was really insulting to pass over the Seattle defense. Their performance was legendary and by the time New England did any scoring the game was over.
So if you’re not going to pick the defense because you need one person? I think it’s important to remember that the most important thing in the NFL is to not turn the ball over. And Sam Darnold led the NFL turnovers.
So if the guy who led the NFL turnovers goes through the entire playoffs and does not turn the ball over once? And wins the Super Bowl? Yeah his numbers weren’t overwhelming. But I think you give him the MVP for what he did not do and that is he did not screw things up. He did not lose the game and he continued to move the team forward. hand it to a running back? I mean really? Um. No. It’s not like the guy dominated the game with 180 yards or anything
