protection team, doesn’t know that you can’t take a running jump over the line. The game was 14-14 and SC was going to get the ball back. That completely changed the game. Two questions:

– Who is responsible for that basic failure?

– If we don’t know the very basics, how bad is the rest?

He knows that.  The rule is you can do it if you’re on the line.    They even allow you like in basketball to kind of have a euro step.  In this case he took a couple steps and it was obvious. Probably due to nerves.

was a huge play.  Certainly not a coaching failure.  Was a kid trying to get an edge and make a difference.  Got caught.  And that along with 2 int and the punt return was the difference in the game.

this wasn’t a 56-0 game   This was competitive   Oregon is a top 5 team   When usc can correct those mistakes   Play well in the road   And add some depth and experience   They’ll be a top 5 team too   Imo usc is a top 15-20 team now   Have said it all year   Kinda tired of repeating myself   Nothings changed

Agree, beat ucla, keep the recruiting class intact and maybe add to it, and SC will be a top 5 program.  Also, Maiava needs to stay for another year.

Everyone seems happy with USC being a top 15-20 team and not making the playoffs for the 4th season under Riley. I’d like to go on record that I’m not happy with it. Mediocre On!

truth is you’re happiest when USC loses and you actually have something to complain about.  Because you lack intellect and insight you can’t really feel qualified to comment on anything other than a W or an L. And weirdly W’s don’t make you happy.  L’s do.  So enjoy your day of happiness at USC Lowe’s. Only happened 3 times this year.  So enjoy it while you can
