KeymasterShoot couple more losses and their chances for the playoff and mannings heisman might be in jeopardy.
oh check this. ATM. Undefeated and amazing season right? Sec championship game for sure? Ok. Let’s see who they don’t play this year.
no alabama
no Georgia
no Ole piss
No Oklahoma.
shoot. They don’t even play Tennessee. They beat nd. Great win.
Other than that? They beat 6-4 at the time 10th ranked lsu and 6-3 at the time 22 misery. Thats it so far. Oh and they’ll play a 3 loss Texas team that opened the season top ranked but is presently 6-3

ParticipantAgree Texas AM strength of schedule is just average, but the CFP people weighs in W & L records a lot. Even after a close win today, they will hold onto their #3 spot.
Texas will drop to #20 and likely out of the CFP. Bama will drop to #9. Shoot # 17 USC will only jump up to #16. USC will have to beat Oregon to be considered for a CFP spot. The way Oregon is playing, I just do not think USC will beat the Ducks and make the CFP.

KeymasterThey won’t. And it will be the best day of grocery stick and frauds lives. They will fill up the board with hatred for Riley. Declarations usc is dead. Because neither of them have a clue what fight on means. Both are faux Trojans.
however. This is what I’ve said from the beginning. I figured the loss would be to Michigan. It was to Illinois. Whatever. 9-3
I also said usc not long ago was 4 years behind Oregon in talent and a couple in coaching. I think the coaching is about even now. And after this next recruiting class comes in I think they’ll be about a year behind UO as of next fall. Gap closed enough to have a shot. They don’t have a shot in 2025. That’s just part of the process.
9-3 is plenty to keep the Riley hired and plenty to keep that recruiting class together. Really shocked no one has bailed. We are down to what. 3 weeks?
depth is improving. Talent too. System in place. Hopefully they can hold their staff together.
