Dang, I was out with Spectrum service for 17 hrs, starting Sunday and just got back online 8:50 am today. CS said it’s a broad outage, what ever dat means? Did any of you guys experience no service too?
It means they were likely hacked with a ransom and had to have their IT team rebuild something from backup files to get up and running again(or they paid the ransom).
