Oh, Fraud’s not gonna like this.

Last year’s leading passer in the conference, Jayden Maiava is ready to elevate his game to a new level.

      Per the article:

“Heading into a make-or-break 2026 campaign, USC Trojans quarterback Jayden Maiava has delivered an emphatic statement through his spring practice performance. Head coach Lincoln Riley offered a glowing assessment of the signal-caller, describing his growth as both a passer and a vocal presence in the locker room. After guiding the Trojans to nine victories and leading the Big Ten in passing yards last fall, Maiava appears poised to elevate his game even further.”

Not surprised one bit.  Jayden Maiava had a great 2025 season.  He was #13 in QBR at 158 pts, 265/403, 65%, 3,711 yds, 24 TD’s, 10 IT.  Maiava was ranked #4 in passing yds.  I was disappointed in how little respect Maiava got from the football pundits and hardly any year end honors.  I felt he was one of the top QB’s last year.

I’m hoping Jayden has another great passing stats in 2026, so dat he may receive lots of recognition, make All B1G and AA.  Looking forward to seeing him play and lead da team.

Thanxs Bruddah Balls for the nice report…  Cheers

What’s he going to say. Bugs has a massive hitch in his release, is as dumb as Darnold but throws a great jump ball? USC is not a place for a 3 star QB no matter what the muleshoe says. If Bugs results in Riley being fired faster, I’m supportive.

I was impressed with his improvement last year.  It was noticeable and real.

I think he peaked.   Would be happy with a repeat from last season.   Kid is not a NFL player.  Few are.  sc
