I also read that if he announced, he was going to another conference school that the conference would not permit him to do any more work for his existing school

i’m sure that makes some sense. But I also think that his existing school wants to milk this season for as much as they can and I understand why. And they want to take this as far as they can go so that they’ve got something to sell to a new coach to existing and future players. and obviously to take the greatest season in old Miss history, as far as it can go
