KeymasterDo I need to post the video of the insane play Mookie made to open the 9th?
How about his double in his opening at bat to put the Dodgers up 1-0 and set the table?
Have you noticed he’s batting 297 on a team that’s hit 253 this year?
Just curious. Oh, they say he’s going to win a GG at SS. Imagine that. From Right Field to SS and a gold glove. Wow what a player. At 31.
Dodgers have won 19 of their last 25. IN THE POST SEASON.
They’ve won 13 of their last 14 overall. and 17 of their last 20.
Manny is sitting at home wondering who will manage him next year. Schwarber is wondering where he will play.
Dodgers are rolling. So sad you could not have been on the band wagon I have been for the ups and downs since 1974

Keymasteroh. You mean like assembling a team?
like that which LA regularly does and manny team also does. But then fails because they have no chemistry and leadership?
wonder who is supposed to provide that?

ParticipantJust like the announcers. Glazing on Mookie. The 1st play was belt high and bounced way in front of him on his glove side.
I could make that play. Announcers were hilarious. Pretty sure Mookie was an IFer in high school and early on in his baseball career. Pretty sure no college for him.the second play was very nice. No question. Big play. Big game. Big moment. I respect it. Maybe his best play of the year? I’ve prob seen 30% of the season.
Mookie is playing smart baseball. He’s become a singles/gap double hitter. Love it. He’s become a tough out. When he tries to hit HRs it’s not good.
im old enough to remember 1st round exits against padres and dbacks. And his 1 for 18 or something. this time he isn’t being dragged to a Championship like the last two.
seems like the other team does to. They keep intentionally walking the guy who can’t hit right now. Mookies been a tough out and with his teenager sized strike zone it’s worked out for him and us.
And like Shohei. Any comments on your other man crush?
that gopher killer single last night and his 40 mph triple sure were pretty. 😂🤦♂️

KeymasterYeah. They are walking him constantly because they are scared to death. They have changed their entire pitching rotation to make sure that he only faces lefties. And by the time they get back to him in the lineup again that you’re there intentionally walk him or they make sure a lefty is pitching to himand he still found a way to contribute
he will be pitching tomorrow. Let me know if anybody else who bats lead. Office is pitching for their team this week or ever
as the Mookie you can see my other posts to see how he’s batting where he’s climbing on the all-time ranks of extra base hits, doubles, etc. he’s an all timer. too bad you’ve missed it

ParticipantI haven’t missed anything. And I didn’t miss the 1
for 18 either
Saw that list. 28? is all time doubles number. He’s at 25. I wonder how many ABs. Thought he was 3 Away. Could be wrong.
He has 367 or 377 Plate appearances. 82 games.
career post season BA of .264. Wow. What’s Edmans? Or Kike? Or Freddie? Forget Shohei.
