Jim already turned down Florida. LSU. UCLA state Penn.  messy state Arkansas Auburn Stanford and about 6 teams in the NFL

colorado state is his happy place.

crazy to see all these hot young coaches cast aside.  Colorado states coach was one of those young up and comers that people would point to and say yeah. Get a guy like him.  Now you can get him cheap.

some wild rumors out there. Jonathan smith may be in trouble at Michigan state.  They owe him $39 million and with the Oregon state job open and his past success there. And it being more job security to play in the pac.  He might jump.  Even for the same money

I don’t remember the logic to this one but I heard Kalen Debouer would consider jumping from bama to state penn

lot of pressure at state Penn to hire their interim coach because they got on a roll.   But skeptics say “almost” beating Indiana and beating Michigan state Nebraska and Rutgers to close the season isn’t a “roll”.   State Penn has lost 19 commits and drew allar has given up pursuing a medical redshirt and is moving to nfl prep.  State Penn is likely to see a lot Abe of portal movement too.  They might have to go to the portal a ton and that’s bad news for a place like state Penn which thrives on culture and bringing people through the system

Deion sanders contract would cause Colorado to eat $33 million in case you wondered.  If Sanders leaves on his own he owes them $12 million.  This year.  Goes down by 2 every year

Lincoln Riley’s name pops up everywhere but the thought is that the only two places that would tempt him at FU and LSU.  Neither appear to be strong landing spots.

Ok state just hired the north Texas coach in what smells like a budget hire

Lot of good stuff there Java. The Ok state hire is interesting because the guy they hired would have been available after the season. Was firing Gundy, a former player and coach for 20 years, at the beginning of the season really necessary? Maybe there was friction with the AD. I mean he is not 40 anymore but he is still a man.
