Hit the picture button right next to the link button.

that should open a window.   Where is says source tap that folder.  It will ask you if you want it to come from various places.  Like photo library.

 

pick the picture and be patient.  Takes a minute for the name or code of the pic to populate.  Then below hit ok.

that should then after about 20 seconds load your pic into your post.
