Chip Kelly unemployed again

Should have stayed at Ohio state.  More job security.   Wonder how many years he got for a contract w the raiders.

His career arc is starting to look like Norm Chow’s.  The only difference is that Kelly had inital success — great success — as a head coach.  Then he flopped in Philly, stunk it up with the Niners, failed in Westwood, and — after a great year at tOSU that he parlayed into 6 mil a year in Vegas, bombed there.

Match that against Chow’ record as a head coach and OC after he left Pete Carroll.

He has made some good coin in his failures.

Chow made some money.  Also won 3 NC’s.  I guess Chip has won one.  Though he wasn’t really part of the build.
