  Has gotten commitments from quality transfers including 5 on the OL, 3 DB’s and two edge rushers. A whole bunch more are on the way.

    not Pacoima, had a flood inside the house in OC, $70,000 damage. Insurance covering hotels, covered a decent one in Hawaii (Oceanfront) for 2 weeks. Been unhoused for 3 months, hoping for finish in another.
    
    Were you able to clean up the mess in the doublewide all by yourself, or did you hit the Home Depot parking lot for a clean up crew?
