Board Tech Issues

Howzit Bruddah the Steve, Mucho Mahalo for fixing my board account and log in issues.  It worked out.  Somehow when you had 29 pages of spam, my account and many others including Brad Stevens became anonymous (we got X out).  Could not log in and tried (the forgot password) function that did not work.  I tried looking for customer service contact link (nada).  Finally, looked at my emails from you and saw the reply link and contacted you that way (whew).

Glad to be back.  But, many members are like me and most likely do not know what to do.  The Steve, please post a topic how to fix their account and a contact email, phone #.  Bruddah Balls and Bruddah Java you guys must have known something was wrong, with all the regular posters, boardmembers were not posting?

Would love to see all the regulars again.  Got to fix this one issue.  I’m back and again thanxs Bruddah Steve.  I think a customer service link should be part of the board, it would resolve tech problems quicker…  Cheers and Aloha

Dude, great to see you posting.Now we need Brad and Pasabeta back. I think they got wiped out after the Great Spam Strike. Cheers Bruddah!

edit: Great idea to get Steve involved, and let’s see if we can get the other guys back on the train.

Bruddah Ballss, Dang it was sure frustrating these last 3 weeks.  I’m not computer, tech savy and could not figure how to fix my log in issues.  It looked like I was X out from the WW board.  Then, I could not contact WW customer service or Bruddah Java.  Finally, went into my email and saw about 3 emails from WW and I thought wonder if there’s a reply function.  Yep, bingo when I click the reply button I could write.  So I wrote about my problems.

About 2 day later, TheSteve wrote back telling me he fixed it, you’re ready to go.  But, once again could not log in.  Wrote back to TheSteve, 3 days later he said, enter his created PW.  And, then when I get in, change it to my own PW.  OK, his created PW got me in, then I changed it to my PW.  And, it’s all good now.

I hope our Bruddah’s that got X out like me read this and go into their emails and reply back to WW, TheSteve will reply back and fix your log in issues and WW account.

PS.  Bruddah where’s the edit button or how do I edit a post?  Thanxs…  Cheers

1.  Click the login button.  2. Scroll down, you will find and see TheSteve contact info.  OK Bruddah’s do this simple process and write him.  TheSteve will unlock your WW account.  He did it for me.  A Big Shaka to TheSteve…  Cheers
