Interesting to see the OL coach.  The LB coach and now the DL coach all be home grown.  Very different approach from their big name big money NFL pedigree strategy.

UCLA has been doing this for over a decade now (up u til recently).  What could go wrong?

Worked out well for the OL coach last year.  Probably saving some money.  Let’s just say I would be a lot hipper to the concept if USC were winning Big Ten titles, in the National Final 4 in the playoffs.  That sort of thing.  At this point they are still figuring things out so I am not convinced
