If so, USC’s entire starting Oline will be returning next season.  That is great news.  In addition, for those who watched the Navy All-American game, the right tackle of the West Squad was incoming freshman Vlad Dyakanova(sp), who did a great job keeping the west qb from being sacked and was cited as one of the top 6 performers in that game from either side.  Future of the SC OL is bright considering the other OL SC is bringing in this class.

You beat me to it GT.  Good work.

Agree , great news add Vlad and Pepe to the guys coming back and we just might be on to something. As Miami has proven, the trenches is where you have to build.

Probably explains the departure or two behind them, especially since osme of them are still pretty young. And USC is bringing in more.

Oregon similar re-signed their whole DL which is great right? 7 DL and LB behind them all bailed.

Oregon also had 5 DB all bail.

Why even recruit HS kids? Why pay them? Maybe Cig has it right. Go pay guys who have done something. At least you’ll know when they’re leaving. Buy them for a year or two, graduate or NFL. Bye. This business of freshman collecting a million to sit and then throwing a tantrum and leaving sucks and should be changed.

Good point Bruddah Java, plugging holes from the TP has worked out for C. Kiffin as well when at Ole Miss.  He is going about it again at LSU.  But, HS recruiting should be the core of your roster every year.  I think the ration HS/TP for a R class = 65/35  %.

I believe GM Bowden has structured HS players payouts in increments, raising pay annually and how they progress/production on field.  If they do not meet his expectations, they are shown the door.  This policy is good for USC and check book.  Plus, it gives players incentive to work hard and play well…  Cheers

PS.  The TP has revealed many under da radar HS players dat went to small schools or JC’s. (QB’s D. Pavia, J. Aguilar, Drew Mestemaker, Jayden Maiava & many others.

Great news Bruddah GTrojan, we need Alani Noa to shore up the returning OL unit.  Good to know dat some of the young, incoming Fr OL will be good ones for us.  Looking forward to 2026 season.  All we need now is getting a Top DC and for QB Longstreet not leave and stay put…  Cheers
