I see a shootout LA. SC lost its LT to injury in the Iowa game and both its starting safeties. Couple that with all the freshmen and sophomores on our D and that spells trouble, but they are all talented. At one point we had Abide(SO), Boucard(FR), Stewart(FR), and Crawford(SO) in the game as the DL. At the same time we had Walker(FR), Stephens(SO) at LB along with Gentry(SR). When we lost our two safeties, we had Pierce(Jr) and Urlacher(SO) as our safeties. Our corners were Nicholson(SR) and Conley/Williams(FR). That is 8 sophomores/freshmen on D at one point, so that is our weakness, though these young men are talented but lack the experience reps bring.

On offense, we lost our starting LT Paige, and I don’t know about J’Onre Reed at Center, who is 40lbs heavier than O’Connor, who will start at Center.

My biggest worry is Maiava in away games, where he has been a headcase. If he plays to his abilities, you are in for a helluva game.
