Wow Big Upset. Louisville, 5-1 (W) vs Miami, # 2 N, 5-1, 24-21. QB Beck throwing 4 IT was killa + Miami could not run = 64 yds. And, Miami has top 2 OL in country. It just was not their night. QB Moss played well.
Minnesota, 4-2 (W) vs Nebraska, # 25 N, 5-1, 24-6. QB Riola was sacked 9 times and hurried all night. Neb could not run = 36 yds (Bad sheet). While Minnesota ran for 186 yds and 69%, passing 31%.
Goes to show that when a team can run hard and stop the opposition run game, will chalk up da W. I always believed in a hard Run game and A+ OL wins games.
Today Big Games.
UGA # 9, 5-1 (at home) vs Ole Miss, # 5, 6-0. I pick UGA to wind close game at home
Bama # 6, 5-1 (at home) vs Tennessee # 11, 5-1. Bama wins a close one at home.
LSU # 10, 5-1 vs Vanderbilt #17, 5-1 (home game). I pick Vanderbilt to win a close game.
Texas Tech, # 7, 6-0 vs Arizona St, 4-2 (home team). I pick Tx Tech to win at Zona St. Tx Tech is a dam good FB team. I’m impressed with their O and D.
In big games, the home team has da advantage… Cheers
