ParticipantAll SS CIF, All 14 Divisions, 2025
Dam, do not agree with this year’s list. Too many top players did not make the list, which makes it BS. In previous teams, maybe 3-4 top players were left out, but dis year was abnormal. I went thru it and these top players are not on the All SS CIF teams. There are many more, but just wanted to point out some top players.
PS. Bruddah Java will be happy, D-7 Apple Valley = 7, Barstow = 8 players. Dat’s a lot for one team.
Players dat Did Not make the All CIF.
Mater Dei: Tomu Topui-DL, Mark Bowman-TE, Chris Henry-Wr
Kahry Wilder-DL, J.Serra, Gardena
Brian Bonner-RB, Valencia
Luc Weavers-Wr, Notre Dame
Quintin Hale-Wr, Cathedral
Kasi Currie-DL, Sierra Canyon
Santa Margarita Catholic: Jayden Crowder-DB, Manu Faupusa-DL
Miles Schirmer-DL, Centennial
Brady Smigiel-QB, Newbury Park

ParticipantAll State CIF Team, 2025 by MaxPrep
This list is much better and agree with most dat made it. See the 2nd team RB’s stats, crazy, unreal yds and TD’s. Wr from Central Fresno, seen him play and USC had better go after him.
Noticed many players dat made the All SS CIF & All State CIF teams are got picked up by low D-1 FBS (Football Bowl Sub-division) and FCS (Football Championship Sub-division) division type schools/FB teams. Only da very top players are going to the bigger D-1 Power 5 FB schools in da FBS division.
Anyone know if the lower schools in FBS and FCS have NIL deals and pay players?

ParticipantBruddah RWC, he’s a local boy, seen him since his soph year. At 6-0′, 190 lbs he has A+ size, 10.48 100 m, 21.7 200 m, 49.3 400 m. He is not only fast, but shifty and strong runner (breaks tackles). Career rushing stats, 3,100, 9.3 yd per carry. Plus, he has very good hands in pass rec, career 1,400 yds PRec (29.3 yds per catch). A+ complete RB. He is rated as the #1 RB in Calif. He was a big UCLA lean, but when HC D.Foster was let go, he began looking elsewhere. Bonner had a strong relationship with C. Foster.
Yep, UDub scored big time. The CIF FU by not making him an All State & SS CIF player/RB.

Bayon Harris, 6-4, 200 lbs, #18, Wr, Central East HS, Fresno. 10.9 100 m. Watch his HL tape. He is top 4 Wr in Calif. Saw him 2 times, last year 2024 vs Edison HS, State Championship and 2025 State Championship vs Pacifica HS, Oxnard. Love dis kid, he has great size, fast, very physical, runs A+ routes, plays hard all 4 Qts, very competitive. He deserved making the All State CIF 2nd team. Hoping, GM Bowden and C.LR go after him.
