With him and Dulcich Bruins have has some real good fortune in terms of finding diamonds in the rough.

Think of how bad they’d have been without all that good luck.

Thanxs Bruddah Pasadena for CS HL tape.  Yep, Carson Schwesinger gets my vote for DROY award.  Even make All Pro.  A lot of coaches and their R team/staff missed da boat on Carson.  He was a standout 2 way player at Oaks Christian, Wr and Safety.  Unfortunately, his Sr year after playing 5 games got a season ending injury, which hurt his R opportunities.  Smart kid, at UCLA he was majoring in Bio-engineering.

Just love how he plays FB.  He is old school, just like the great Dick Butkus…  Cheers

Lots of primo walkons come from Oaks Christian.  And they all missed their senior year, or most of it, because of injury.

Oaks has a strange amount of injuries, especially during the beginning of the season.

      Are you implying it’s “intentional”?

Highly doubt it, as there would be no advantage if it that I can see unless they are paid not to play by a school they committed to or something.  But that would be a dumb move as things with scholarships, NIL etc. can change on a dime, so doing that could really end up hurting, plus these guys all want to play more than anything.

Dena, Carson Schwesinger was a skinny, 195lb walk on. He worked his ass off and played himself into a high draft pick. Dulcich is playing well for the Dolphins.
