Crazy!!  If you had told me Oregon would lose our #1 WR Evan Stewart before the start of the season, then lose our next 2 best WRs (GBJ and Dakorian Moore) for our final 4 games (all against teams with winning records) and still go 11-1 and end up #5 in the playoffs, I’d say you were bat-sh|t crazy.

Still TBD but the scuttlebutt is we will get 1, 2 or perhaps all 3 back tomorrow or maybe all 3 at least by January 1st should Oregon squeak by the “John Waynes” 🙂 at Autzen on Saturday.

Oregon’s defense has been good enough to stay the course, but it’s been abundantly clear Oregon’s offense has been mostly anemic the past 4 games without our starting WRs.

But to maybe get our #1 WR from last year and the #1 WR from this year both back for a tune-up game vs JMU and then hopefully be ready to deliver for any games beyond that one, finally having some healthy WRs for the playoffs is absolutely cathartic.

      Why “cathartic”?

A little known fact is one of the reasons Oregon’s offense face-planted and lost that National Championship game vs Ohio State in 2015 after beating a Florida St team (coming in with a 28-0 record) by 39 points in the Rose Bowl was because Oregon was down its best 2 wide receivers for that championship game – Darren Carrington and Devon Allen….

      BOOYAH!!!!

So the reason OSU scored all those points on Oregon’s defense is because Oregon was without your key WRs? Now I can see that, had Oregon had those WRs, they may or may not have scored some points against OSU in the first half and therefore may or may not have slowed down OSU’s points machine. IMO LA, your patchwork thinking is full of holes. In any case my friend, I wish you and yours the worst. LOL! It appears the chips have certainly fallen in Oregon’s favor, getting to play an FCS team at home in Autzen in the first round. =8-)

Lol….note I said “one of the reasons”.  The other reason was our DC and our cr@ppy LBers who couldn’t contain Ezekiel Elliot. 🙂

With our WRs it would have at least been a game.  The championship was still very much in hand late with the score 21-20 tOSU and about 6 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

So close, so close….hoping for some magic going our way this time around in the playoffs….my quacks have had their share of really piss-poor luck the past 20 or so years getting to or while playing in the playoffs/championship game….

BTW Auburn’s Dyer was DOWN in the 2011 National Championship Game!!  Google it if you don’t remember….lol
