  You think things are crazy now? Private Equity and their thirst for cash, rivaled only by the stalwarts of the WW Wealth board. This isn’t about investing in gold. The deal is described as a “for profit” endeavor. Look for even more expensive amenities and a laser focus on profits. The nfl model I guess.
  
  I try to embrace change but this is heading down an interesting path that I don’t like.

    Oh yeah for sure it will be taxed but who is better at avoiding taxes than private equity? Maybe Java. I know I get screwed every April.
