KeymasterTough call. I don’t recommend he goes. Hes a system qb. I mean I guess. Probably. By someone. He’s tall. Has a strong arm. Put up big numbers at usc and played in some big games. And the position is overvalued in the nfl. So sure. Rounds 3-5 I’ll say. He’s coachable. He’s tall. And he has strong arm. That’s good enough for someone to spend a mid to late round choice on him

Participant100% Nico will get drafted and yes he will be a better pro than JM.
I don’t think JM gets drafted in 3rd. Maybe 5th or later. Maybe. I don’t think Nico falls past 3rd

but JM is coachable and a great team guy. That will help!

KeymasterI think the UCLA saga damages, Nico
I think that matters to NFL teams. As we saw with Sanders this year. I think NFL teams are very leery of Johnny Manziel Ryan leaf and shiddy Sanders
I don’t think this year was Nico‘s fault but I don’t think he helped his résumé this season. I think he’s far more athletic and elusive than Maiava and I think the same size. I did not see his throwing motion, but if it’s more over the top, it means that his height is an advantage, and he would have fewer passes batted down. Didn’t watch him enough to see whether he could throw on the run
but I don’t think the entire Tennessee UCLA Dad brother transfer money college thing plays well in his favor.
in some ways he reminds me of Josh Allen in that nothing in his college career has really been big stage, but he obviously has some great physical tools, but doesn’t seem to have put it all together yet the difference is that Josh Allen came from humble beginnings. Took the opportunities that were given to him playing junior college ball and then up in Wyoming and had a great character resume. This was a kid who was willing to work and just looking for a chance Nico comes across as a spoiled athlete who’s had everything given to him and takes his talents from one blue-chip program to another based on who’s willing to pay him
yeah I don’t know. I think character matters a lot in the NFL leadership matters a lot in the NFL and Nico did not elevate his team. He helped get his coach fired
what do you think the chances are that he returns for another year?

ParticipantYes, I think he goes mid rd 2. From what I read the NFL thinks highly of Jayden, ranks him top 5 QB prospects. I rank him #4. See his NFL iinfo.

ParticipantYep, character is big with the NFL owners and GM’s. Nico is gonna get punished by the NFL for his U. Tennessee demands asking for a crazy raise (more $1) and other things. His inner circle dad and agent hurt him immensely. He would be stupid to leave dis year. He should return and have a good season at UCLA. Maybe the NFL will forgive him for the Tennessee debacle…
