ParticipantGuess losing to Stanford was the final straw. 7 years at Cal 48-55, 1-3 in bowls. He leaves a good QB.

KeymasterSurprising since he had one last year too.
well Pasabeta wants an up and comer. There’s another available.
but it’s not his job to figure it out. He just wants to blow all this stuff up and let someone else decide the next coach. That way he has license to complain about him and want to blow him up too.

KeymasterMight grab Wilcox or Rivera? Being full woke is a bad way to get a winning team. Wasn’t Wilcox at usc a year or two? Dc? I seem to recall everyone wanted him fired. That sounds familiar.

KeymasterJust looked it up. First winning record since 2019. He never really had awful seasons. Just always like 5-7 6-7.
their schedule this year was terrible. Should have gone 9-2 w it.
but lost Mendoza the qb and every one of his rbs. I mean I assume cal nil and program is a mess. And still seemed competitive throughout that. I’m not sure this is all his fault. Don’t know if I’d like my team taking him but I would not be surprised to see him land somewhere and be successful. Didn’t Sonny dukes walk out on them because the whole structure and program was a mess and you couldn’t win there?
