Let’s hope he hasn’t been deported.

Darnold had a solid game and led the Hawks to a convincing win against the surging Jags. While defense was key, Darnold played solid football. Looks like his Njigba is really stepping up. Cupp hasn’t done much yet, surprising. Meanwhile Geno being Geno in Las Vegas. Wonder if they charge parking fees for the players? Vegas sucks now. I remember when I first went, they messed up my wife and I’s reservation. They gave us lots of comp chips and a couple of meal vouchers and put us in a massive conference style room with chaise lounges for beds. Were extremely apologetic, even gave us room credit for our next visit. No resort fees, no parking fees, buffet was less than $20, it was great. Now it is only for corporate or wealthy Americans. f Vegas. I only play poker so I will stick with Commerce (ghetto but good action) and Morongo. I’m not sure I will ever return to Vegas.

eta: 15 punts in that game and 7 sacks of Lawrence.

I think the whole nfl is rigged. Like 90% of the teams are 2-4 3-3 or 4-2.  Mediocrity rules. Denver is 4-2 and they aren’t any good.   KC is what 2-4 or 3-3 and they’re elite?  Philly is 4-2 ?   Humbug

PT might be in an ice detention center wearing his Latino for Trump shirt.Actually, I think PT might have had some tariffs placed in him that won’t be lifted for a while. Seriously tho, hope PT makes his way back to the board The board change has not been kind to some, wiped out the Politics board like  a Boomer Covid Virus variant.
Commerce Casino? I had an office near there in the 90’s and used to go to the Friday seafood buffet there. I’m lucky at love unlucky at cards so I didn’t gamble but I would usually take an ample breasted associate with me. Ohhh, to be young again ! Having  to repair the damage done by high heels on the interior roof liner of the car was a pain. Good Times!  Vegas is great if you like to eat, fantastic options. But it’s not a bargain anymore.

Sammy D brought us some great wins and memories. Wish I could post the pics of my boys with Sam after a practice.

I managed a facility about fifteen minutes away from Commerce, in Vernon. Not good that it was sort of on the way home lol. Speaking of ample, my brother was a winning Pai Gow player. He used to distract the other players with various ample chested women. He had a nice run, until he got married. If ICE wants to clean up there a ton of Asians at Commerce who love to gamble. I mean, LOVE. All-in $1,000 with a gut shot draw and only the river card left? You betcha. All-in preflop with pocket 3’s – absolutely. Hi-yah. More boba tea. Especially if there are four other players and a big pot to be had. The Bicycle was close, but nothing compares to Commerce. Knew several Vietnamese and Laotians who would play 48-hour sessions, same stinky clothes every time you would see them. They’d take a three-hour nap in their taxis and come back in for a 16-hour session and do it all over again. Go broke and pick up a few fares until they could play again. Practically lived in their taxis. Longest session I ever had was 12 hours, and it damn well killed me. Won most I’ve ever won, but man was I exhausted after. Felt like whatever cards I had would hit.

        Good times, good times.
