  I don’t know about the narrative that wants ucla to do well. But they hold a ton, and get away with a ton of holding. I wish we would use that tactic, whatever is working for them.

  A lot of shitty calls went against UCLA too. And if you saw that game, you’d know the penalties ultimately weren’t the difference.
  
  Well, both teams screwed themselves with personal fouls, but Wisconsin shot themselves in the foot in many other ways. It didn’t help that their quarterback has a rag arm.
  
  Pwnalties didn’t limit that offense nearly as much as the offense itself. And the UCLA defense helped.
  
  Wisconsin did the snart thing and stacked the box to take away the run. They were gonna make Dieffenbach beat them through the air. And guess what?
  
  JMU is undefeated right now and the stands a very good chance of making the playoffs again. Chesney hardly ruined them. Remember that Cignetti took his best players to Indiana, and he didn’t ruin JMU either. Chesney did what Cignetti couldn’t do — get JMU to the playoffs in year two.
  
  UCLA has lousy attendance because Jar Jar and Potato Chip and Foster drove the program into the ground. That’s gonna take a bit to turn around. If Mora can get UCLA attendance to average over 60,000 (paying customers) by year three, so can CBC.

  I haven’t seen one play where UCLA was screwed be refs although I’ve been hearing about them all week 🤷‍♂️ ⏳ would love to see them
  
  jmu has beaten who again? But I have to admit I am SHOCKED how they keep losing coaches and players and they keep winning. It does seem that Better players are going there then PSU Rutgers and Maryland lol

    Well, JMU lost tonight, apparently, so they’re no longer unbeaten. FWIW. But they probably are getting better players because Cignetti and Chesney put them on a bigger map.
    
    Wisconsin got the short end of the stick in terms of penalties, but a lot of those were self-inflicted, and they didn’t get called for a lot of holding (same as UCLA). Overall I thought it was a shit-show as far as officiating goes, and the broadcast guys said so as well.
    
    UCLA was better than Wisconsin, that was pretty clear. So Fuckface Fickell and Alvarez can cry in their beer all they want, the Badgers just didn’t get it done, and they had plenty of opportunities.
    
    I don’t see them beating USC. They just won’t be able to score often enough to keep up.
